We have been baking for years and we are traditionally passing it on to younger generations.
The aroma of freshly baked bread, famous Slovenian ‘potica’ and ‘gibanica’, is one the most pleasant stimuli that excites our senses. Adding the taste of homemade ingredients, baking in a bread oven in a traditional way and, with the touch of a housewife’s hand, we get the rich products that are representing farm Šolar.
Today, we are nostalgically returning to bread, ‘potica’ and ‘gibanica’, and baking them, like our grandmothers used to. Baked crust and solid core are the two things that adorn our products.
