We have been baking for years and we are traditionally passing it on to younger generations.

The aroma of freshly baked bread, famous Slovenian ‘potica’ and ‘gibanica’, is one of the most pleasant smells that excites our senses. Adding the taste of homemade ingredients, using a brick oven and baking in a traditional way, with the touch of a housewife’s hand, is the winning recipe for rich products that are representing farm Šolar.

Today, we are nostalgically returning to bread, ‘potica’ and ‘gibanica’, and baking them like our grandmothers used to. Baked crust and solid core are the two things that distinguish our products from others.
