The Geological and Paleontological Museum Pangea represents the largest private collection of minerals and fossils in Slovenia. The museum is a treasure trove of knowledge, with more than 7,000 exhibits from all over the world: rocks classified by their origin, a collection of minerals by location in the area of Pohorje, numerous forms of quartz, calcite, a collection of various types of meteorites and tektites, a collection of processed minerals, etc. In addition, the enthusiastic collector presents minerals from around the world and from Slovenia, fossils and methods of fossilization, a collection of mining lamps, interesting geological phenomena and other geological features that attract visitors.

The collection is renewed with newly acquired specimens, making each return visit a new experience. Young visitors can choose a very special souvenir at the end of the tour.
