Baron’s homestead has been standing for more than 200 years, at an altitude of 700 meters, in an idyllic location, where the slopes of the Framsko Pohorje are evened into the plain. Our farm covers 18 ha, of which 8 ha are cultivated by our hands – in the fields, meadows, in the orchard and in the herb-vegetable garden, ensuring the farm’s self-sufficiency – from the eco home garden to the table. In 1991, we opened the doors for tourism, so that visitors would be able to enjoy the delicious products from our kitchen. We rounded off the year 1999 with the conversion to nature-friendly farming, and therefore have been receiving the certificate for organic farming and sustainable environmental certificates (Green Key, Slevenia Green, …) for many years now.

Three generations, one story. The taste of our organic products will take you to the idyllic eco gardens of Pohorje, meadows and forests, where for decades our hardworking hands have been creating the authentic flavors of many products – jams, teas, sauces, pestos, liqueurs, juices, meat products, etc.
